Details

dotsony's uConsole_sway_config (February 2024) is a dotbare-managed set of Sway, terminal and script configs for the official image, with an offer of prebuilt images if wanted; some applications still dislike Wayland. acelot's CM5 thread (October 2025) hit EGL and EDID errors on Trixie Lite from a libwlroots version clash; Sway worked on Bookworm, with the output renamed to DSI-2 in the config and the modifier bound to Fn + Alt_R rather than the left Alt.

selfawaresoup's question about using a gamepad button as the mod key ends in keyboard-firmware remapping or AntiMicroX, since Wayland tools do not see gamepad input.
