Dzaczek's i3 configuration
A tiling i3 setup made for the 5-inch screen: rotation handled with xrandr, a battery-aware i3blocks bar and shortcuts suited to the small keyboard.

Dzaczek's repository (October 2023) targets the X11 desktop of the stock Raspberry Pi OS-based image: install i3 (i3-gaps), maim, xclip and xdotool, drop in the config, and the screen orientation, an i3blocks status bar with battery level, screenshots, audio keys and workspace assignments are set up. The author calls it a first attempt with bugs likely.
A tiling window manager suits the uConsole because every window fills the screen and everything is driven from the keyboard; on the Wayland-based Bookworm and Trixie images the equivalent is Sway (separate entry).

jutleys booted a prepared Windows 95 disk image in RetroArch's DOSBox-X core with working mouse buttons; plain DOSBox on the A-06 needs output=opengl to behave.
Two receivers, two recipes: the 4G card's GNSS via AT+CGPS on /dev/ttyUSB3, or the AIO's GPS on the serial port (/dev/ttyS0 CM4, /dev/ttyAMA0 CM5) at 9600 baud.
