TechxArtisan's card slots into the expansion port and, with the open-source Openterface_QT app, shows another machine's video while your keyboard and trackball act as its keyboard and mouse — BIOS included. Version 1.1 adds a switched USB-A port and a USB-C port that lets the uConsole keyboard type on other machines. Hardware is open source on GitHub.
