Announced in June 2025 for both uConsole and DevTerm, the kit pairs a new CM5 adapter board with an expansion card that carries the M.2 slot, so it uses the expansion slot rather than the battery bay for the drive. A single-USB-C expansion card ($6) is sold separately. Sold on Tindie under damaolvzi / hack2you.tech.
