barry99705 abandoned an internal mount that collided with the speaker, took the plastic housing off a standard antenna and printed a bracket for it that sits over the expansion-port area, with a matching cover, in September 2023; the files are on Printables. spv used the high-vis orange build as the first submission when starting the mod megathread in January 2024. Later in the antenna thread barry moved to a 3 dBi whip, and he notes the stock cable length is the awkward part of any swap.
