Details
The adapter fills the outer contour of the protruding section on the back of the console to create a flat plane, so an expandable phone controller can clamp on for retro gaming. It allows 0.5 mm of clearance around the raised area, and the designer recommends rubber sheet or grippy tape on the contact surfaces so nothing slides.
