m.swagga designed the case to stop scratches in a backpack and asked the forum for beta testers in October 2025; the files went up on MakerWorld a week later. The AIO board's four antennas press into fixed slots until they click, and the two halves hinge on 3 mm × 30 mm pins — the designer recommends reaming the printed holes with a 3 mm reamer and optionally locking the pins with thread locker or CA glue. Print profile 0.24 mm, three walls, 15 % infill, about 7.6 h over two plates; the prototype was PLA with PETG suggested for durability.
Neil (G7UFO) test-printed it and sells finished copies through shop.g7ufo.radio for those without a printer.
