JGM's Light Armor wraps the console in a PETG-CF shell: shock-protecting corners, a hinged screen lid carrying the ClockworkPi logo, an ergonomic stand that also shields the side ports from weather, a dedicated enclosure for two external antennas and a GPS puck, a power-button extension reachable through the antenna housing, and a camera-strap adapter. It fixes with six M4 × 8 screws, longer than stock.
Recommended settings: 0.2 mm layers, four walls, 15 % infill, supports on. Published on Printables and MakerWorld (CC BY-NC) in March 2025; the HackerGadgets antenna-board revision is a separate entry.
