Details

Split out of the hardware directory in June 2026, it rates OS support per core (CM4 'best', CM4S and CM5 'great', CM3/CM3+ 'good', A-06 'okay', R-01 and Radxa CM5 'poor', OrangePi CM5 'barely', A-04 and CM1 none), lists RAM and eMMC options, and notes the practicalities: the CM5's RTC battery needs an MX1.25 ultra-thin connector, A-06 kernels may not support some panel revisions, the CM3 went end-of-life in October 2025, and prices are 'in flux for economic and geopolitical reasons'.

Read it with the OS directory by the same author before buying a module.
