Details
413ZERO measured the hack2you trackpad keyboard kit, edited ClockworkPi's open-source case STEP and had a cover CNC-machined by JLCPCB in 6061 aluminium with a hard-anodised finish rather than filing the stock part; an SLA print of the same file was also tested. Changes: the trackpad hole resized, the ring bump removed for easier machining, and a module slot on the back for the trackpad riser. lululvlv suggested dropping the square-hole stage and shrinking the hole to 95 %.
The STEP (plus a back-cover STEP and a note on back-shell threads) is on GitHub; M4 titanium screws came from Taobao. Pairs with the hack2you trackpad keyboard (Input).
