Leon2048's Thingiverse design was the first widely shared answer to both heat and runtime: a printed rear cover with a fan cut-out and room for a single 10 Ah LiPo. The fan needs power and the pack needs wiring to the battery board, so it is a soldering project as well as a print.
It also comes up in the forum's plastic-back-panel discussion, where a non-metal back is noted to help Wi-Fi as well.
