Ball_Cheese designed a set of small parts for the places that scuff first: rounded corner and edge protectors that also improve grip, and a thin sleeve for the kickstand rod that stops the stand dropping open when the console is closed. Print profile 0.2 mm, two walls, 15 % infill, about 1.5 h over three plates; the rod sleeve is thin enough that the seam may need trimming.
